“Lyrically, it is perhaps essentially the most private track on the album,” Moffat provides, “a couple of interval once I wasn’t doing very properly, each mentally and bodily. I used to be strolling with a cane and in ache more often than not, and drowning my sorrows too, trapped at dwelling and watching the phases of the moon by a window. The moon all the time appears to pop up in my lyrics, and the track’s a form of secular hymn in reward of her fixed change. She’s all the time a consolation, all the time hopeful, and all the time makes me smile.”
