Gojira drummer Mario Duplantier will be part of the home band on Late Evening With Seth Meyers subsequent week.
The 42-year-old, who co-founded the French demise steel titans together with his singer/guitarist brother Joe in 1996, will play with The 8G Band on the NBC present from June 17 to twenty.
Gojira introduced the visitor spot by way of X (previously Twitter) final week.

The looks will put Duplantier in an unique membership of steel drummers who’ve carried out on the programme.
Nicko McBrain of Iron Maiden performed with The 8G Band in March 2017, as did Danny Carey of prog steel royalty Software in January final 12 months.
Craig Reynolds, drummer of rap steel outfit Stray From The Path and host of podcast The Downbeat , went viral with his look on Late Evening in 2022 .
The drummer had a dialogue with visitor comic and fellow Brit John Oliver throughout his keep, which was filmed shortly after the passing of Queen Elizabeth II.
When Meyers requested Oliver how he was responding to the information, the comic deflected the query to Reynolds, who answered: “You already know what, I didn’t know her.”

Gojira will tour North America from September this 12 months because the help act for Korn , becoming a member of Canadian prog steel stars Spiritbox.
